Even in the best of relationships, a diagnosis of a chronic illness such as rheumatoid arthritis (RA) disrupts everything. Your world comes undone. All time, energy, and thoughts become devoted to your illness. But what about your partner? What thoughts and feelings have they been experiencing?
Recently, I checked in with my husband of 29 years to get his thoughts on my 14 years with RA. To read the interview, check out my latest contribution at HealthCentral

Wishing you and yours a wonderful, safe, happy, and healthy holiday season. May 2018 be good to us all. And may we be blessed with good friends like each other for many years to come. Hugs.
I so enjoyed your wonderful post. I recall when Sheryl and I heard we would be facing RA. We went to the car, had a good cry and went one. What else could we do really? Not much really.
We cried, and moved on to find a new place. Wile the tears sometimes continue, we found like you, that life does go on.
