    Sometimes, our disease forces us to redefine what we call “fun”. All too often, people stop doing the very things that help them manage their disease and their stressors.

    Flexibility and adaptability are important disease-managing tools that need regular sharpening. I know that those particular tools in your tool box are rarely dull. 🙂

  2. Way to go! I have had to adjust my lifestyle some but don't plan on giving in to RA any time soon.

    The staying active part is a two edged sword for me. I push myself to do so but have some days it is all I can do to walk to the living room. I have learned not to fight those days.
