Be thankful you are not at my house today because I keep making everyone look/touch my left knee because the swelling is going down!!!!! I don’t want to jink it by saying anything too soon but it is looking so good that I can’t help it!!! It is a little stiff when I first get up but then it quickly loosens up.
Note: My acupuncturist was so sweet. He had his office call me yesterday to make sure I was doing okay after my melt down on Monday. I see him again this Monday. I feel so happy.

This is wonderful news…I have to be honest…if my knee swelling was down I would make everyone touch it, too. LOL!
I hope you continue to feel better. I guess this was the week for breakdowns, huh?
