A Good Night’s Sleep and A New Attitude

It is amazing how one good night of sleep can make a world of difference in how you view the world. Last night I fell asleep around 10:45ish and woke up at 8:00 this morning. I woke feeling positive about the world again and amazingly didn’t have all the pain in my knee and shoulder that I went to bed with. I think this is going to be a good day that will lead to many more!

  1. Here here – I could soooo use one of those myself. I think one of the main reasons I’m in a right grump at the moment is a couple of nights’ bad sleep! I really hope your good night leads to many more, and increasing good health. ;o)


  2. I have been sleeping way too much lately. I think you can get too much sleep. I need to start setting my alarm so that I don’t sleep til 11 am every day. I am such a slob!
